Fashion Design Technology Final Project 1

 FASHION DESIGN TECHNOLOGY FINAL PROJECT 1  WEEK 1 During our first week of class, we were briefed on all of our assignments and the rough flow of this semester. We were also asked to print out images that inspires our final collection during our break and present it in class.  Design Research:  I began on my research for my final semester 2 weeks before the semester started. I had a rough idea of the goals that I wanted to reach for this semester and also a rough design inspiration.  For this semester, I was looking into more of a rustic, vintage and grunge feel for my collection. Garment Creation Technology 1

 GARMENT CREATION TECHNOLOGY 1  ASSIGNMENT 1 WEEK 1.  During our first week of class, we were briefed on the semesters schedule and flow of all future assignments. Then we started with our first assignment.  For our first assignment, we were tasked with creating a Clo3D version of one of our previous designs. I chose to remake the kids' adaptive clothing design I developed in the previous semester.

Week 1 - Assignment Briefs and Introduction to Fashion Communication. Brief Introduction to the Module/ Tasks for the Week. During our first week, we were thoroughly briefed on our upcoming assignments to get ourselves familiar with the course. We instantly started on our first assignment which was to create a Press Release (PR) write-up. We had to write a PR for the latest Graduation Show that was held at TRX Exchange.  We were required to interview the designers and also the event coordinator, Miss Maria, regarding the fashion show. We had divided the tasks among 18 of us students to interview each individual separately.
